What We Won’t Do (and Why)
Personal Profile
At Tiffany’s Luxury Cleaning, setting clear boundaries is part of providing responsible, high-quality service. There are certain practices we intentionally avoid—not because they are inconvenient, but because they compromise safety, surface integrity, or long-term results.

We will not use methods that risk damaging materials, including excessive moisture on water-sensitive flooring, improper steam application on surfaces not designed to tolerate heat, or harsh chemicals that can etch, haze, or degrade finishes. Even when a shortcut appears faster, preserving the condition of a space always takes priority.
We will not guarantee results that are unrealistic or dependent on unsafe practices. Some conditions—such as construction dust, heavily neglected surfaces, or specialty materials—require additional time or alternative treatment. When that is the case, we communicate expectations clearly rather than overpromising.

We will not apply one-size-fits-all solutions or experimental techniques. Every home and property is different, and responsible cleaning requires adjusting methods to match the materials and conditions present.

We also will not continue work under conditions that prevent us from performing safely, ethically, or within professional standards. When a request falls outside those standards, we believe transparency and honesty are more respectful than proceeding at the expense of quality or liability.
These boundaries exist to protect our clients, their spaces, and the integrity of the work we stand behind. Clear standards are not limitations—they are what allow us to deliver consistent, reliable results.
