Tiffany’s Luxury Cleaning – Terms of Service

Services Provided Tiffany’s Luxury Cleaning Service offers residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services may include, but are not limited to: - General house cleaning - Deep cleaning - Carpet and upholstery cleaning - Window cleaning - Post-construction cleaning - Office cleaning -Timed Cleaning Services Our services will be performed according to the details agreed upon during the booking process.

Booking & Scheduling Appointments: You can schedule an appointment via our website, phone, or email. Confirmation will be sent upon booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. Cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total as a late cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fee.

Payment - Rates: The cost of cleaning services will be provided upfront based on the nature and scope of the service. While not intended, pricing is subject to increase based upon the true scope of work completed which will be determined by levels of neglect. Changes to the scope of work will effect the true cost of your service, for instance a call for a home for a basic clean that is found to have neglect requiring a clean (moderate neglect) service will be subject to a price change with appropriate modifiers per square footage on the level of neglect. - Payment Methods: We accept payments through Cash, cash app, Venmo and We accept all major credit and debit cards. - Invoices: An invoice will be provided upon completion of the service, and payment is due at that time unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices not paid within 24 hours of service completion may incur a $25 late fee per day until paid in full. Chargebacks or disputes without prior communication will result in immediate termination of service.

Timed Cleaning Services All cleaning appointments are booked based on a timed service. The cleaning team will work efficiently within the time frame booked. If additional time is needed beyond the scheduled appointment, it may be available at an additional charge, subject to the team's schedule. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. Any delays in entry may reduce the total cleaning time.

Additional Fees for Neglected Homes & Excessive Clutter If a home is heavily neglected (e.g., extreme buildup of grime, mold, pet waste, hoarding conditions, etc.), additional fees will apply. The client will be notified before the start of service if this applies. If excessive clutter is present, a prep fee will be charged to allow for the necessary organization before cleaning can begin. If conditions are beyond our scope of work, we reserve the right to refuse service, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Customer Responsibilities - Access to Property: You are responsible for providing our cleaners with access to the areas to be cleaned. If a key, code, or special instructions are required for entry, please provide them in advance. - Safety & Liability: You must ensure that the area to be cleaned is safe for our staff to work in. Dust Busters Cleaning Service is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to property arising from unsafe conditions. - Pets: If pets are present, please ensure they are safely secured during cleaning. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents involving pets during cleaning. -utility access: Customer assumes responsibility of leaving access to electricity and water in order for services to be rendered

No-Show & Lockout Policy If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property (e.g., incorrect key code, no one home for entry, locked doors), it will be considered a "lockout." Lockouts will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrival & Delays Our team makes every effort to arrive on time; however, unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic or delays at a previous job) may result in slight timing adjustments. Clients will be notified if delays occur. If a client requests additional cleaning time beyond the booked service, it is subject to availability and additional fees.

Cleaning Products & Equipment Tiffany’s Luxury Cleaning Service provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have specific product preferences (e.g., eco-friendly products), please notify us in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge if the concern is valid and within our service agreement. No refunds will be issued for completed cleanings.

Liability & Damages While we take great care to avoid damage to your property, Tiffany’s Luxury Cleaning Service is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as worn-out furniture, fragile items, or malfunctioning appliances. Clients must inform us of any fragile or valuable items beforehand.

Privacy & Confidentiality We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Termination of Services Tiffany’s Luxury Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for any client who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to abusive conduct, non-payment, unsafe conditions, or excessive cancellations.

Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Terms of Service, abusive behavior, or actions that disrupt or harm the operation of our services. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where we believe that a user’s conduct is inappropriate, unlawful, or damaging to the reputation, safety, or integrity of our business or its users. If your access to our services is revoked, you are not entitled to any refund or compensation. We may take such actions without prior notice and are not obligated to disclose specific reasons for our decision. By using our services, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service and acknowledge that we hold the right to refuse service at our discretion.
